Dasher Tracker Spreadsheet Upgraded

One of my most popular posts on my blog is “My Door Dash Spreadsheet” where I introduced the Dasher Tracker. The Dasher Tracker is my best selling spreadsheet available here in my Shop. Through feedback gained from several customers, I decided to upgrade the Dasher Tracker with new features.

Introduction

If you have not heard of the Dasher Tracker or if you are new to my blog, consider subscribing here. As a Door Dash and Grubhub driver myself, I wanted to create an easy way to track my income, mileage driven, time worked, cash tips earned, and estimated quarterly taxes owed. After all, I did my own taxes using TurboTax and this information was necessary. As shown in the photo’s below, the Dasher Tracker automatically summarizes everything for you. All you need to do is to enter your Dash information into the spreadsheet. While I went with a Door Dash theme in naming the Dasher Tracker, it can also work for Grubhub, Uber, Lyft, Postmates, and Amazon drivers among other independent contractors that utilize personal vehicles for business.

Aesthetics & Functionality

An appreciated upgrade has been improving the aesthetics and colors of the Dasher Tracker. The template now has a bold and streamlined design with frozen panes that make scrolling through the document easier than ever. Freezing the title rows is important when trying to fill out a year’s worth of Door Dash data. Now you can scroll down and still know which column is meant for income, time worked, mileage, and cash tips.

Data Analysis

Three bar charts have been added to the spreadsheet. These new bar charts are focused on income, fuel costs, and taxes. The Dasher Tracker always averaged out your total income, fuel costs, mileage, and taxes, but it was annual data. Now you can track your performance on a monthly basis. You can also see how much you owe in quarterly taxes and how much you spend on fuel every month.

Summary

If you have already purchased the older version of the Dasher Tracker and would like a copy of the upgraded file for only $1, contact me here. New to the site? Visit my Shop and consider reading my other Door Dash or personal finance content.
